Safety of the children is the top priority at AUS. We ensure that students are under adult supervision all the time. We try are establish a free culture where children are open to explore their curiosity but at the same time ensure that they are safe, emotionally, physically & psychologically. Strict vigilance is ensured at the entry and exit points. Entry of the visitors is restricted in the academic block and the areas with students movement in the school premises

• School has a fleet of chartered buses for plying students to school. They are safe and are operated by experienced & child friendly staff. We ensure that students are in safe hands during their commute to school or back home. Parents & students are requested to follow the school transport policy. The following are some of the rules need to be abide by: Rues for Students & Parents:

  The facility will be provided on first come first serve basis

  • Parents are not allowed to board school vehicles to see off or receive their wards.
  • School strictly follows the seating capacity recommended by the RTO.
  • There is a conductor in each bus & drivers are supposed to ensure that they are mandatorily present on duty & should not move in their absence without the approval of the Principal.
  • Each vehicle has a fixed route and commutes in the fixed route only.
  • If any parent whose child is availing school transport service wishes to take their ward privately in his/her own transport, he/she has to collect the Permission Slip from the school.
  • Students are allowed to use only the allotted vehicle and stop. No change can be allowed without prior written permission of the school.
  • If a student misses his allotted vehicle he/she should not try to board any other vehicle. It is the responsibility of the parents to drop off their wards to the school. However the student will return by the allotted vehicle.
  • No withdrawal would be considered without prior written one month clear intimation. 10.The school vehicles will not wait for latecomers.
  • Fee should be paid on time.
  • In case of any issue or disagreement, please do not get into argument with drivers or conductors instead speak to the school office
  • Fee has to be paid in the school office only instead of paying to the transport staff on vehicle duty. 14.No staff/ student should travel standing on the foot board.
  • Students must not move around in the bus when it is in motion.
  • The students must make sure that the aisle of the bus is clear, school bags and other belongings are placed properly.
  • Students must not put any part of their body outside the bus. They should not put their hands out even for waving.
  • Consumption of edibles is not permitted in the buses.
  • In case of any address change, of a temporary or permanent nature, will be subject to availability in vehicles commuting in that area.
  • Driver will not stop the vehicle on the way or allow children buy any stuff from the shops on the way.

To ensure safety of the students school has a wide network of CCTV surveillance covering almost all the important areas with students movement.
